It is an art created by shaping the paints sprinkled on water, the density of which is increased with paper decoration art, marbling, tragacanth or similar materials, and resulting in transferring the patterns to the paper. When evaluated in terms of art and fashion, it is possible to combine surrealism art movement with marbling art. Surrealism, which is known for its structure with its abstract and subconscious factors, can be interpreted with the surrealism movement when the marbling art is evaluated psychologically, sociologically and artistically. Marbling art and surrealism trend have similar and common points. In this art, which uses paper as a material, carpet with the same templates as paper has been used for decoration, protection and coating throughout the interior design throughout history. In this study, it was emphasized how art-textile integration meets art, application, research methods. In our study, the marbling of Marbling Art and Surrealism applied on paper and the application of Marbling Art on woven carpets, raw woven carpet samples made of acrylic were used as raw materials. The application was made on 8 carpet samples. Using marbling art, designs were made under the influence of surrealism art movement.
