    The aim of the study is to investigate the effects of teachers working at private schools on their organizational commitment and motivation. Relational research model was used in the research. The research universe is a total of 632 classroom teachers, including 496 classroom teachers working in private primary schools in the Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul in the first semester of the academic year 2019-2020, and 135 classroom teachers working in private primary schools in Bağcılar district. Since the whole universe will not be reached, sampling has been made.Since the whole universe will not be reached, sampling has been made. In the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, all private primary schools in Küçükçekmece and Bağcılar districts of Istanbul were visited one by one and scales were distributed to teachers who volunteered to participate in the research. A total of 200 classroom teachers, including 153 teachers from private primary schools in Küçükçekmece district and 47 teachers from private primary schools in Bağcılar district, voluntarily participated in the research. The data were collected Probst (1998) and developed in the study leader and Wasti (2002) the validity and reliability of the analyzed studies for Turkey in the "Job Satisfaction Scale and Job Security Index" was used. In addition, the three-dimensional “Organizational Commitment Scale” developed in the Meyer and Allen study and whose validity and reliability were analyzed in the Wasti (2000) study and the “Teacher Motivation Scale” developed in the study of Akdemir and Arslan (2013) were used. In the study, important relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and motivation of private primary education teachers were determined. In the research, it was concluded that teachers working in private primary schools significantly predict their perceptions of job security and job satisfaction, and their organizational commitment and motivation perceptions. Private primary school teachers' perceptions of job satisfaction and sub-dimensions of motivation scale; There is also a low level of positive relationship between their perceptions about “Communication”, “Progress”, “Institution” and “Personal Expectation” dimension.
